Agency Officials: Registration
To register as an Agency Official, complete the form below and select Submit. Agency Officials must register using a valid government-issued email address (e.g., .gov or .mil). Registrations submitted with personal or non-government email addresses will not be approved.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Select your agency headquarters under the Agency field. If applicable, choose the appropriate sub-agency. For example, if you work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, select “U.S. Department of Justice” as the Agency and “Federal Bureau of Investigation” as the Sub-Agency. The Sub-Agency field is not a required field.
You will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been approved.
Privacy act statement:
- The main authority that permits collection of your information is 15 U.S.C. 7442.
- The main purpose for collecting your information is to provide your organization information to scholars participating in the SFS program.
- OPM may disclose information that can identify you pursuant to the following routine uses: to the National Science Foundation since they co-manage the program; to SFS program administrators; to scholarship recipients for potential employment opportunities; to principal investigators (PIs); to other registered agency officials; for studies and statistics; for audits; for legal reasons; to respond to a Congressional inquiry you requested; for record keeping; to address a suspected or confirmed breach; and to OPM contractors or similar to accomplish the purpose of this collection.
- Providing this information is voluntary but is required if your organization wants access to information about potential interns and employees.
